Mom Pleads Not Guilty in Death of Baby

The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says a Zanesville mom entered not guilty pleas in the death of her infant son.
Prosecutor Mike Haddox says 27-year-old Samantha Donohoe is charged with Felonious Assault, Murder, Endangering Children and Involuntary Manslaughter in connection with an incident on September 4th at Eagle View Apartments where officers were called in regards to an unresponsive one-month-old child.
Haddox said it was concluded that the baby died after being left in a hot car.
Common Pleas Judge Mark Fleegle continued Donohue’s bond at $250,000.
Haddox said Donohoe is facing a prison sentence of 15 years to life if convicted on all charges.
