Fatal Accident Closes SR 60 in Morgan County

The Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency says State Route 60, north of McConnelsville is closed Monday morning after a fatal accident. E-M-A Director Jeff Jadwin says a vehicle and a semi carrying hydrogen were involved in an accident near Finley Fire. Jadwin says there is not a leak of the liquid nitrogen but Muskingum County fire fighters are helping contain the area. The incident remains under investigation.  State Route 60 south, north of McConnelsville, is expected to remain closed for most of the day.
