Roseville Man To Be Sentenced

A Roseville man pleads guilty in connection with an accident that sent five people to the hospital in April.

Tuesday 53-year-old Charles Keith III appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court and plead guilty to two counts of aggravated vehicular assault, one count of operating a motor vehicle under the influence and two counts of child endangering.

Keith was arrested April 30th after Zanesville Highway Patrol Troopers say his vehicle went across the center lane on the Maysville Pike and hit a truck.

Judge Mark Fleegle revoked Keith’s bond and he was taken back to jail pending his sentencing.
