ODOT: Passing Lane of I-70 Reopens Near New Concord

***UPDATE***Odot says the passing lane has been cleared and is now open to traffic ***UPDATE 7:15 am

The Ohio Department of Transportation says an accident has closed one lane of I-70. O-Dot says it’s the westbound passing lane just west of New Concord. Motorist can expect delays in that area Wednesday morning.
