One Lane of SR 16 Opens at Adams Mills

The Ohio Department of Transportation says one lane of State Route 16 near Adams Mills is open to traffic. ODOT says some of the flooding water has receded. ODOT crews will maintain traffic control and continue to monitor the area for flooding.
