EMA Discusses High Wind Warning

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Muskingum County is under a high wind warning from 7 a.m. Sunday to 7 a.m. Monday.

Emergency Management Agency Deputy Director, Travis Roach, said with wind gusts up to 60 mph, he warns that will possibly lead to power outages throughout the area. As of 2 p.m. this afternoon, he said New Concord and Dresden have seen several outages. Roach also said there is debris on the roadways from tree branches, he cautions drivers to be careful.
