Three Car Crash on Maysville Pike

The Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol is investigating a three-car-crash that happened around 8:30 Monday night.

According to Trooper Campbell,  a gray Buick driven by Jeremy Lipps of Crooksville was traveling eastbound on U.S. 22 when he failed to stop for a red light at the intersection of Pinkerton Lane.

Campbell says the Buick struck a green Ford Focus, which in turn hit a white Dodge Nitro.

The driver of the Focus was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital with non-lfe-threatening injuries.

Troopers say alcohol may be a factor in the crash.
