Eleven Men Indicted In Muskingum County Pot Farm

Eleven men have been indicted in connection with the big marijuana growing operation discovered this past September in Muskingum County.

The men face a charge of conospiracy to manufacture marijuana, according to an indictment Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Dayton.

Lawyers for some of the men say they were day laborers duped into working on the farm and knew nothing about the drug operation.

At the time of the arrests, Attorney General Richard Cordray said they were evidence of “cartel-sponsored mega-marijuana farms” taking root in Ohio.
