Last Weekend To Shop

The countdown to Christmas is just days away and shoppers at Colony Square Mall mean business.

As soon as the mall opened its doors, shoppers had their minds set on one goal; to finish Christmas shopping once and for all.  But to Norval Camp, today was just like any other day.  Camp has been watching shoppers every morning for the past ten years. And with his people watching skills, Camp says he has noticed a big turn out this past week.
 

"I am a package watcher. I see whether they are carrying packages, and they have been carrying packages. Some of them are loaded down pretty good," said Camp. 

Shopper Bill Clagget had his own plans set for today.  Clagget says his daughter spilled the beans and told his wife that he had bought her a necklace. He then had to come up with a Plan B.

"I went over to Kay’s and they really set something up. We are really going to get her at Christmas time, I just got her a little charm to put on her bracelet that we can just give to her and then later on in the day, I will give her the open heart necklace," said Clagget.
