Muskingum University Student Pleads Not Guilty

A Muskingum University student is pleading not guilty to sex-related charges.

19-year-old Quinton L. Callaway of Georgia appeared in front of Judge Kelly Cottrill in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court on Monday. He plead not guilty to one count of gross sexual imposition and one count of voyeurism.

According to prosecutor Mike Haddox, on December 14th of 2010, Calloway had sexual contact with another person by force and for sexual arousement, invaded the privacy of the victim.

If convicted, he faces up to 18 months in prison. His bond is continued at $100,000.
