Carol J. Kreps (July 2, 1939 – June 8, 2011)

CAROL J. KREPS, 71 of Zanesville, passed away June 9th 2011 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House.

Carol was born July 2, 1939 in Zanesville the daughter of the late James & Helen (Dailey) Paisley. She worked as a phone operator for The Ohio Bell Company and recently worked as a greeter for Walmart North and she was a member of the Immanuel United Church of Christ, Zanesville.

Carol is survived by her husband Robert Kreps whom she married July 1, 1967; her daughters Lynda Gilliland of Mt. Gilead and Layne Harris of Zanesville; her three brothers David Paisley, Roger Paisley and Ronald Paisley all of Zanesville; her grandchildren Alex, Mikki, Alicia, Meranda, Mikah, Bobby, Neil and Cory and her two great grandsons James and Christopher.

In addition to her parent Carol is preceded in death by her daughter Laury Kreps who passed away in 1998 and a son in law Robert Harris Jr. who passed away in 2006.

Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Friday June 10th at the Thompson-Farus Funeral Home, Duncan Falls, where funeral services will be 11 am Saturday with Pastor Mitch Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
