Barbara Ann Lutz (September 16, 1933 – September 25, 2011)

Barbara Ann Fowler Lutz, 78, passed away on September 25th, 2011 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born on September 16, 1933 in West Virginia to John Kendall Fowler and Essie Leah Anderson Fowler. She was survived by her husband of 59 years Jack Ray Lutz, her two daughters Heather Lutz and Holly (Andrew) Toole, 2 grandsons Lucas and Nicholas Toole, 2 sisters Ruth Canterbury and Judy (Ellis) Vernon, 1 brother John (Jill) Fowler, 1 brother-in-law Bud Blake and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son Robin Scott Lutz, 1 sister Jean Blake and 1 niece Amy Carter. She was a member of Putnam Presbyterian Church, and Philo-Duncan Falls Homemakers. She retired as a cook from Franklin Local Schools.

The calling hours will be 11am to 1pm and 6 to 8pm on Wednesday September 28 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 9am on Thursday in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Perry presiding. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park at a later date.
