Lawrence Glenn King (June 27, 1921 – December 13, 2011)

ZANESVILLE
Lawrence Glenn King age 90 of Zanesville passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Emeritus at North Hills. He was born June 27, 1921 in Dresden a son of the late Walter E. and Hazel Fisher King. He was retired the State of Ohio Natural Resources Department where he served as the first Park Manager at Dillon State Park and later worked for Muskingum County as a Deputy Sheriff. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and member of Scottish Rite.
He is survived by one niece Karen Loveall Strouse of Maplewood, New Jersey, and cousins: Lois Barth, Ruth Ann Kline, Carol Myers, Jerry Tulga and Sharon Vickers.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his wife Anna Mae (Valentine) King and one sister Eleanor King.
Graveside services will be held at 11am on Monday December 19, 2011 at Zanesville Memorial Park officiated by Pastor Sharon Williamson. THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 W. MILITARY RD ZANESVILLE has the distinct honor of serving the King family.
