Rev. Dorothy Marie Tabler (October 21, 1929 – March 30, 2012)

The precious Rev. Dorothy Marie Tabler Woman of God, went to be with the Lord at 9:00 pm on March 30, 2012. She was born on October 21,1929 in Zanesville. She served as a pastor of many churches and attended World Harvest Church. Surviving are three sons, Larry Tabler of Kentucky, Paul Tabler and Keith Tabler of Zanesville; Four daughters, Kathy Wallace of Zanesville, Denise Sutton of Nashport, Bonita Maxwell of Georgia, and Roberta Gibson of Columbus. Five brothers Henry Williams, Chester Williams Jr., James Williams, Russell Williams, and George Williams all of Zanesville, 13 Grandchildren, and 17 Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Chester and Henrietta Williams; her husband Rev. Glenn C. Tabler, a son, Mark Tabler; two brothers, Roy Williams and Earl Williams; two sisters, Helen Adams and Edna Mae Portis. Calling hours will be held from 6-8pm Monday April 2nd at the Hillis & Hardwick Funeral Home, 935 Forest Ave in Zanesville. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 3rd at Greater Apostolic Church of Christ with Bishop James Gaiters and Elder Terrence Brown officiating.
