Keith E.Tandy (February 3, 1974 – December 19, 2013)

Keith E. Tandy, 39, of West Lafayette, died at 12:15 A.M. on Thursday, December 19, 2013, at Lafayette Meadows in West Lafayette. Keith was born February 3, 1974, in Zanesville, a son of Janet D. Fraunfelter Tandy and the late H. Michael Tandy. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and attended Starlight School.

Surviving in addition to his mother are a sister Pam (Kevin) Bates of Duncan Falls; two brothers, Kacy (Paula) Tandy of Blacklick and Brett Tandy of Zanesville; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother Bart Tandy.

Friends and family may call from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 21, 2013, at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, with Pastor Mark Combs Officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.
