Donald E Williams (May 27, 1934 – August 20, 2011)

Donald E. Williams, 77, formerly of Elizabeth and Parkersburg, WV, passed away at 8:40 AM Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Cedar Hill Care Center in Zanesville, Ohio.

He was born May 27, 1934 in Salem, West Virginia, the son of the late Claude De Berriott and Gracie Frances Fronsman Williams. He retired as an electrician with many years of service working out of Parkersburg Local 968 IBEW. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Don was a grateful friend of Dr. Bob and Bill W.

Surviving are his children: Scott (Sarah) Williams of Zanesville, OH and Robin (Gary) Emmitt of Reynoldsburg, OH; sister: Nola Wilson of Vienna, WV; several grandchildren and a great-grandson and brother: Dale Williams.

Donald was preceded by two sons: Randall Jay Williams and Brent Edward Williams; his parents; and brother: Charles Williams.

Calling hours will be held from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm, Monday August 22, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Gardens Chapel, 1934 Dupont Road, State Route 95 W, Parkersburg, WV, with funeral services to follow at 2:00 pm. Committal service will follow at the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
