Ellen M. Milner (November 10, 1917 – April 14, 2012)

ROSEVILLE
Ellen Marie Milner, 94 of Roseville passed away April 14, 2012 at the home of her daughter Donna Miller. She was born November 10, 1917 in Lowell, OH a daughter of the late Virgil and Nettie DeMent Treadway. She moved to the Roseville area around 1920. She retired from Robinson-Ransbottom Pottery after 20 years of service. Ellen was a wonderful cook, best known for her sugar cookies and pies. She loved quilting, sewing, was an avid farmer and gardener, and her home was always welcome to any stray animal.
Ellen was a great mother, grandma, great grandma, and great great grandma to her family. She married the late Carl F. Milner in 1937 and together had three children, Donald “Dan” (Lois) Milner of Blue Rock, Carl “Sonny” Milner Jr. and Donna (David) Miller both of Roseville; 9 grandchildren Wade (Dena) Milner, Brian (Susan) Miller, Randy (Teresa) Milner, Shelly (Dave) Gonda, Scott Milner, Jamey (Larry) Brassfield, Sheila Dailey, Chrystal (David) Reed and Brenda Milner; 17 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren and one on the way.
Calling hours will be held 5-8pm on Monday April 16, 2012 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 33 MAIN ST. ROSEVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 11am Tuesday April 17, 2012 at the funeral home with Pastor Wes Kidwell officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
