Julia “Julie” Miller, 47 of Columbus died at 2:53pm, Wednesday, December 25 at the James Cancer Center, Columbus, OH following a 10 month battle with lung cancer.
She was born on January 30, 1966 in Zanesville, Ohio the daughter of Jerry L. and Judy McLendon Miller.
Julie played several sports in high school and was an exceptional soccer player for Zanesville High School. She was a fan of all sports and especially Ohio State football.
She is survived by her father & step-mother, Jerry L. and Carol (Kaib) Miller of Zanesville; two brothers JB (Sherry) Miller of Zanesville & Jason (Susan) Miller of Columbus; and three nieces, Abbey, Bayley & Sydney Miller all of Zanesville. Julie was preceded in death by her mother Judy Miller and her grandparents Henry & Mary McLendon.
There will be no public visitation & a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
