Milfeard “Duke” Kinney (January 11, 1937 – July 26, 2014)

Milfeard “Duke” Kinney 77 of Roseville passed away on Saturday July 26, 2014.
He was born in Crooksville on January 11, 1937 to the late Pearl and Dorothy Dennis Kinney. He was a retired Timber Cutter and Coal Miner. He was a member of the Fraternal of Eagles Aerie 1979 in Crooksville where he was an avid ticket player.
He is survived by his children: Milfeard (Lena) Kinney, Susie (John) Nelson, Amy Embrey, Kevin Kinney, Karen (Justin) Chevalier, James Kinney, and Robert (Ashley) Kinney. A brother Albert (Peggy) Kinney, two sisters: Dorothy “Beanie” Tignor and Alice (Don) Wickham, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and his special dog Princess.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings: Charles, Irene, Walter, Bobby, Helen, Paul, Donnie, and Bonnie.
Calling hours will be 6-8pm on Tuesday July 29, 2014 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 33 NORTH MAIN STREET ROSEVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday at the funeral home with his sister-in-law Peggy Kinney officiating. Burial will follow in Iliff Cemetery.
