Carmen Lee (August 26, 1930 – September 23, 2014)

Carmen E. Coleman Lee, 84, of Zanesville, died at 2:10 A.M. on Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. She was born August 26, 1930, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Fredrick and Gladys Crosier Coleman. She worked 36 years as a Nurse’s Aide for the Muskingum County Home, and was a member of the Calvary Missionary Church on Moxahala Avenue.
Surviving are two daughters, Katrina (David) Shepherd of Reynoldsburg, and Heidi (Eric) McPeak of Zanesville; a son Timothy (Julie) Lee of Sylvania; fourteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; a brother Henry Coleman of Columbus; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special friends, Toby Wiggins and Fred Matthews, both of Zanesville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson Shawn McPeak.
Friends and family may call from 2:00-4:00 P.M. & 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 25, 2014, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, September 26, 2014, with Pastor Keith Wyatt officiating. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
