Helen Louise Gibson (August 29, 1927 – April 21, 2016)
Helen Louise Gibson , 88 of Zanesville died at 8:20 PM April 21, 2016 at the Cedar Hill Care Center.
She was born on August 29, 1927 in Cumberland, OH the daughter of Robert M Farus and Sarah Mount Farus.
Helen was a member of the Cornerstone Church in McConnelsville, and Worked at United Technology for 30 years as an assembler. She was a loving wife & devoted mother.
She is survived by her sons: John (Marlene) Gibson Jr., Kevin Gibson, Todd (Gayla) Gibson, and Darren (Kim) Gibson. Daughters: Sondra K. (Gene) Henderson, Vickie S. (Phillip) Bauserman; a brother: Raymond Farus; 16 Grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Helen was preceded in death by parents, Her husband John Gibson Sr., her brothers; Dwight Farus, and Paul Farus: her sisters; Ora Shriver, Beaulah Swank, Alta Hambel, Mildred Kokensparger, Lola Gheen, and Kathryn Wells.
Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 pm on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home where funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 25, 2016 with Pastor Steve Smith officiating. Burial will conclude at the Ark Spring Cemetery in Chandlersville.
