Avondale Runaway Arrested

The search is over for a runaway from the Avondale Youth Center. Muskingum County Sheriff’s Detective Steve Welker says 15-year-old Milyen Moses was found hiding in an apartment in Roseville on Saturday. Welker says Moses was arrested along with two other people in the apartment. Welker says they were transported to the Muskingum County Juvenile Detention Center for probation violations. The case remains under investigation.
