One Million Dollar Winner

There was a winning one million dollar Ohio Lottery ticket sold in Muskingum County. It happened in November in the New Year’s Raffle game. It cost 20 dollars a ticket and there were four one million dollar winners. One of those winners was sold at Mother Tucker’s in Zanesville. So far the person who owns the ticket has not come forward.
