2015 Super Bowl Commercials

2015 Super Bowl Commercials

February 1st, the Patriots will take on the Seahawks in Arizona for the 2015 Super Bowl game. Both teams have been working all season long in hopes of making it to the big game, but it’s the advertisers who may make the biggest impression on at home viewers.

In 2014 advertisers paid an average of 4 million dollars for 30 seconds worth of ad time during the Super Bowl.

Historically these commercials have proven to be a game changer for some companies. The most notable of these the 1984 Apple campaign that ran only once. Apple sold 90 percent more product in the first 90 days than they had forecasted just advertising with the one Super Bowl ad.

Since 1984 Super Bowl commercials have only gotten more creative. In fact, last year Esurance gave away $1.5 million to one lucky viewer who tweeted at them right after the game. Proving that, as far as super bowl commercials are concerned, anything goes.

What will be the big commercial this year?

Several of most notable brands have already posted their full super bowl commercials online. Brands like Victorias Secret, Bud-lite, and Snickers are no longer waiting until the big game to reveal their Million dollar commercials. So that means you can start picking your favorites now.
