A Night of Comedy

The Zanesville Fire Department is inviting the public to join them for a night full of laughter and fun.

The department’s first ever Comedy Night fundraiser will be held at Bryan Place on July 31, at 8 p.m. Attendees can enjoy Bryan Place favorites at an additional cost.

“Bryan Place actually what they do, is line up the comedians for us, all we have to do is sell the tickets and the biggest proceeds of that go to the actual fundraiser,” said Fire Fighter, Chad Brock.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Local 88 Benevolent fund, and other charities in the area.

“The benevolent fund, basically what it does it just helps out people in need, if there’s anyone in need that we’re able to help out, we can use some of that money to go towards that, or locals that may have a family member who is sick or not, we can actually use money in our benevolent fund to help other local fire fighters,” Brock said.

You can purchase tickets from any Zanesville Fire Fighter, or at the Central Station on South Street for just $15.
