AEP Restores Power

American Electric Power officials say a big outage in Muskingum County has been repaired. At it worst point there were 1750 customers without service. Monday night AEP says power was restored to the 1185 customers that were still without power. The outage, which happened at 6:20 Monday morning,  is being blamed on a transformer failure.
