Alison R. Clark, 13 of Dresden, OH died 6:23 PM Monday, March 08, 2010 at Genesis-Bethesda Campus Zanesville, following injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born Thursday, December 19, 1996 in Marietta, the daughter of Scott Clark and Amy Caplinger.

Alison attended Victory Baptist Church in Coshocton and was a 7th grade student at Tri Valley Middle School. She loved the outdoors and liked to hunt and fish. Alison’s favorite sport was basketball. She loved listening to music and spending time with her friends. Alison and her brother liked many of the same things and he enjoyed helping her because she would listen and take his advice. He will always remember his special sister. Alison was unique in her personality and was loved by all who knew her. She will be missed for a very long time and will never be forgotten.

Alison is survived by her mother: Amy D. Caplinger of Dresden; her father: Scott A. (Lisa Pahl) Clark of Caldwell; one brother: Joshua Caplinger of Dresden; her maternal grandmother: Wilda B. Caplinger of Coshocton; her paternal grandmother: Sondra Clark of Caldwell; two uncles: Shannon (Sabrina) Caplinger of South Carolina and Eric (Kelli) Clark of Caldwell; three cousins: Ethan, Erin, Dakota Clark of Caldwell and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather: William T. Caplinger; one uncle: Thomas Caplinger and her paternal great grandmother: Alice Clark

Friends may call from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, March 18, 2010 at North Terrace Church of Christ, 1569 Bowers Lane, Zanesville, where Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday with Pastor Ralph Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Eastern Cemetery, Summerfield.
