Amber Alert Issued

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing child.

Officials from Montgomery County said 39-year-old Dewayne Wills took his son from a moving van in Dayton around 1:30 Thursday morning.

The suspect is armed with a handgun and fired shots at the vehicle during the abduction. Wills is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white V neck t-shirt and black cargo pants.

The 2-year-old child’s name is Dewayne Wills Jr. He’s a black male, 3’0 and 30lbs with brown hair and eyes.

The child was last seen wearing a white tank top and grey shorts.

Authorities ask you call 911 if you see the child or the suspect.
