Amp Up Your Helmet

A Tennesee company is traveling state to state to customize baseball helmets.

Amp’d Art came to the 12th Annual Ohio Fastpitch Jamboree at Riverside park this weekend, to sell customized spray painted helmets to the players.

"We travel to different events, mostly baseball and softball tournaments and we set up a mobile store basically, and we set up and we paint softball helmets and t-shirts, anything that’ll hold still long enough, I’ll paint it," said Co-owner of Amp’d Arts, Jon Bergeman.

Bergeman said the company is not seasonal; when winter hits states like ohio, they just travel to warmer climates.

"In winter time we hit Florida, Texas and Louisiana, they have winter ball," said Bergeman.

Last year, the Amp’d Art mobile store traveled to 25 states.
