Annual Motorcyclists for Kids Toy Ride cruises through the area

ZANESVILLE, OH- The Rushing Wind Biker Church had huge success with this year’s Motorcyclists for Kids Toy Ride.
The event serves as a way for bikers in the surrounding areas to give back and show their appreciation to the local communities.
“We are here at our 28th Annual Motorcyclists for Kids Toy Ride, we called it the join the Army, and we have hundreds of motorcycles here, these guys and gals have come in on their bikes and they’ve brought toys and bicycles and monetary gifts, that we are going to take in a parade from Walmart North to the Salvation Army, and disperse all of those gifts there, then the Salvation Army will give them away for Christmas to help our underprivileged children in the area,” says Michael McGuire, Pastor at Rushing Wind Biker Church.
Those attending said the atmosphere was great and the weather really helped bring out the large crowds of people. This year’s turnout was one of the largest they’ve seen.
“It’s an honor to be able to be a part of the motorcycle community and see all of the bikers, the clubs, all of the enthusiasts that will come together and give that wonderful purchase for toys, bicycles and monetary gifts for our local community for the underprivileged children, right here in Zanesville, Muskingum County,” says McGuire.
They plan to hold their 29th Annual Motorcyclists for Kids Toy Ride in 2024. For more information on future events visit the Rushing Wind Biker Church-Zanesville Facebook page.
