Ashley Furniture Celebrates Grand Opening in South Zanesville with Ribbon Cutting

ZANESVILLE, OH – Ashley  hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their Grand Opening on Thursday.

Ashley offers exclusive styles of furniture that can only be purchased at one of their stores.

Bo Coconis, the Co-Owner of Coconis Furniture & Ashley Homestore of Zanesville, says they were excited to partner up with Ashley to bring these styles to Zanesville.

“It’s something we’ve been looking forward to for a while.” Coconis said. “This project started about three or four years ago and we’re excited to get this open. Pairing up and partnering with Ashley Furniture to bring an Ashley [Store] here to Muskingum County, to kind of take care of all Southeastern Ohio, it’s a great opportunity for us.”

Coconis says the biggest reason for partnering with Ashley was because they are a family run business, just like his.

What made the Grand Opening a little bit more special was Randy, Paul Jr. and Chad Coconis were all there to see this wonderful moment.

“As a family run business, there’s nothing more special than being able to do it with family.” Coconis said. “My father is 3rd generation and actually my uncle here as well, Jr., both 3rd generation and my brother and I are 4th generation. Being able to make this work and continue to see our business and family grow, is exciting and something that makes this store in particular special.”

The newly opened Ashley is located at 210 El Camino Dr. in South Zanesville.
