Attorney General Sues Somerset Man

The Ohio Attorney General is suing a Somerset man accused of failing to deliver promised mobile-home moving services to Ohio consumers. Mike DeWine says the lawsuit accuses David Lee Marsh Sr., of doing business as David’s Mobile Home Transport and Repair and violating Ohio’s Consumer Sales Practices Act. The Attorney General says “despite our effort to resolve these issues out of court, some consumers still have not received refunds for services they paid for but never received as promised”. DeWine says at least 10 consumers have filed complaints against the business with the Ohio Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. In their complaints DeWine says the supplier failed to start the work during the scheduled time period, performed shoddy work or failed to complete the job.
