Bailey Promoted to Lt. Colonel
A local Ohio Army National Guard member was recently promoted to Lieutenant Colonel.
Lt. Col. Angela Bailey is the director of diversity, equity and inclusion for the National Guard.
Bailey completed her Bachelors of Science in Education in 1999. Her Masters in Education Administration and her principal licensure in 2003.
She received direct commission as a signal officer in January 2001.
Bailey also give her time to several community foundations such as the CARES Foundation Ohio Representative, Muskingum County Prime Care Parent Rep for Children with special health care needs and Homeless Hands of Zanesville.
