Ballas Named Executive Director

There’s a new leader at the United Way of Muskingum, Perry and Morgan Counties.
The board announced Tracey Ballas as the new executive director, Ballas joins the United Way with over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across various sectors.
“We are thrilled to welcome Tracey to our team,” said Leah Vensil, Chair of the Board of Directors for the United Way of Muskingum, Perry, and Morgan Counties. “Her dedication to community service and extensive background in non-profit leadership will be invaluable as we continue to address the needs of our communities and drive impactful change.”
Prior to this position she served as the volunteer and outreach coordinator at Wexner Heritage Village, where she led numerous initiatives that enhanced community engagement and resource allocation.
“I am honored to work with an organization the caliber of this United Way,” said Ballas. “I look forward to working hand in hand with the staff, board, volunteers, and community partners. “United” we can mobilize and maximize community resources to improve lives.”
Ballas has also been responsible for the poverty reduction programs for the State Ohio and worked directly with the Community Action Agencies in Muskingum, Perry and Morgan counties.
