Beaux Arts Club Presents The Gala ‘Life is a Garden Party’
Zanesville, Ohio- The "Life is a Garden Party" took place at the Zanesville Museum of Art to help raise money for the museum’s operating costs.
Saturday’s Gala featured: music, dinner, live and silent auctions that included wonderful pieces of artwork by Jan Sun, Marilyn Knell, Susan Stubbins, Susan Nash, Meridian Martin, Sue Wall, Sheila Parsons, Robert Rivera, Joan Quinn, Tom Radca, Caron Baxter, Gail Russell, Barbara Hill Rickman, Sally Emslie, and Lanny Barnard as well as other incentive packages.
On Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., six private and public gardens will be open to the public. The following gardens will be presented: The Zanesville Museum of Art, Richard Beitzel Garden, Mission Oaks, Baughman Garden & Curly Girl Farm, Schroeder & Betty Dodds Garden, and Kathy & Darrell Jenkins Garden.
The tour will begin promptly at 11 a.m. at the Zanesville Museum of Art and will then proceed to tour the other gardens. Tickets for the garden tour are $20. For more information on tickets you can contact the Zanesville Museum of Art at 740-452-0741
