Boil Advisory Issued in Village of South Zanesville

SOUTH ZANESVILLE, Ohio—The Village of South Zanesville has issued a boil advisory for some of its water customers. 

Officials are advising that all water customers along Maysville Pike’s west side,South Linden Avenue, Gayla Drive, and Clay Street are under a boil alert from West Main Street to Clay Street (this includes the South Point Shopping Center and Campbell’s Corner).

Businesses along Maysville Pike’s east side from E. Main St. to E. LaSalle St. are also affected.

The water was shut  off in order to make repairs to a water main break on W. Main St.  

Please boil your water before any consumption once water is turned back on until further notice.

The Village of South Zanesville will notify those customers affected in person and by letter when the “Boil Alert” is lifted.
