Boyce Pleads Not Guilty In Animal Cruelty Case

A Roseville woman facing 15 counts of animal cruelty appeared in a Perry County Courtroom Tuesday morning for her arraignment.

Court Officials say that 59-year-old Cyndi Boyce of 10-439 Township Road 57 entered not guilty pleas before acting Judge James Luse of Fairfield County.

The Judge set bond at $11,250. She was released on her own recognizance.

A pre-trial hearing date has not yet been set.

Ten dogs and three horses were removed from her home this past February after the Perry County Humane Officer John Price received complaints about the treatment of the animals.
