Buckeye Santa is Coming to Town

ZANESVILLE, OH – Santa Claus is coming to the Colony Square Mall, decked out in his best Buckeye gear.

On Saturday, Nov. 30th from 11:30AM to 1:30PM, Santa, as well as Brutus, will be at the Mall for pictures and to hear the children’s Christmas wishes.

Mr. Claus, the Gift Giver Extraordinaire, says he gets to travel all over the world, but Ohio holds a special place in his heart.

“I visit all around the world, but of all the places I visit, Ohio is one of the friendliest, most wonderful places.” Santa said. “And right here where I am now, dear to my heart.”

Santa says he is beyond excited to see all the kids wearing their OSU gear.

He says that even young Buckeye fans are some of the most passionate people he’s ever met.

“Without a doubt, some of the most enthusiastic fans of the Buckeyes that you are ever going to find.” Mr. Claus said. “They come in, dressed in Buckeye apparel, a lot of stuff on their Christmas lists are jerseys from particular players, footballs, football equipment, and I’m not just talking about the boys, the girls are very into the Buckeyes.”
