Buffalo Woman Indicted In Death

A Buffalo woman is in indicted in the death of a Seneca Lake Resorts man in January. Guernsey County Prosecutor Dan Padden says that 24-year-old Sara Willey is facing multiple charges including complicity counts to commit aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, grand theft, theft of a firearm and having weapons while under disability. Willey is charged in the shooting death of Donald Kay on January 29th. Her boy friend, James Dunakowski, has already been convicted in the case and is awaiting sentencing. Guernsey County Sheriff Mike McCauley says the couple was living in the Kay residence at the time of his death.
