Businesses Closed in Downtown

The Muskingum County Emergency Agency is asking people to avoid the downtown Friday morning because of the continue fire operations at the Masonic Temple Building.

As a result businesses on 4th Street between Main and Market will be unable to open. Those include Kincaid, Taylor, Geyer Attorney’s at Law. Stubbins, Bryan and Witucky, 1st Street Nutrition, Schimmel Fitness, Image Computers, the Muskingum County Courthouse, Muskingum County Jail and the Law Administration Building.

The following streets are also closed 4th, 5th, Market between 3rd and 6th, all alleys in the area and there is a partial closure on Main Street.
