Caldwell Man Held in Connection to School Threat

Caldwell, OH- A Caldwell man faces charges of inducing panic in connection to events surrounding Caldwell High School’s homecoming on Saturday.

The Noble County Sheriff said 38-year-old David Gruver was arrested shortly after the high school was evacuated, due to a credible threat.

Gruver is charged with inducing panic with firearm and school safety zone specifications. A bond hearing is set for October 3, Gruver will be held without bail until that hearing.
