Cambridge City Schools See Grant Funding

Guernsey Co- A Guernsey County school receives funding to improve safety for students walking a biking to and from school.

Cambridge City Schools received over $335,000 to replace over 3,000 square feet of sidewalk along the south size of Clairmont Avenue from 10th Street to Clark Street near Cambridge Primary school.

In total 29 projects in 19 counties will see see improvements totaling $8.5m through the safe routes to school funding.

The project were announced by Governor Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Transportation Director Jack Marchbanks.
