Century National Bank Grants Over $12,000 to Operation Feed
Century National Bank has donated nearly $13,000 to the Operation Feed Campaign which will benefit area pantries.
Management Associate, Tierney Ford said the original goal was to raise $4,500 to donate to Christ’s Table and they are excited to announce they exceeded that amount.
“Our total was $12,900 which was about 40% of the total for the entire county’s campaign, which is huge and we’re going to be able to supply 13,000 food items for the pantries that are going to go out to the community,” said Ford.
Christ’s Tables’ Executive Director Keely Warden said this is one of the largest donations they have ever received.
“We can’t wait to go back to go back and tell our Muskingum County Network people that we are going to exceed what we ever dreamed we would raise this year through ‘Operation Feed.’ The Century National Bank Associates have really come through for us and they such a good time doing it. They are proud at the things that they did and I think what they are most proud of is that they are helping their community,” said Warden.
