Charles R. Kyes (June 16, 1942 – January 7, 2010)

ZANESVILLE

Charles Ray Kyes 67 of Zanesville passed away at his residence on January 7, 2010.

Charles was born on June 16, 1942 in Aurora, Illinois to Quentin and Nellie Gaylord Kyes. Charles was a Graduate of Northern Illinois University and was a Stock Broker with Prudential Securities. He was a member of First Christian Church, Eagles, loved to fish, and especially enjoyed entertaining kids with magic tricks at Children’s Hospital.

He is survived by two sons Loren Scott (Pam) Kyes of Naperville, Illinois, Remington Nicholas Kyes of Zanesville, a daughter Mackenzie Alexandra Kyes of Zanesville, former spouse Jacque Kyes of Zanesville, His father Quentin Kyes of Montgomery, Illinois, two brothers Jim (JoAnn) Kyes Montgomery, Illinois, and Ray Kyes of Montgomery, Illinois, two grandchildren Joshua and Danielle, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother and his brother Bob.

Visitation will be from 3-4pm on Sunday January 17, 2010 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will follow at 4pm with Pastor Aaron Phillips officiating.
