Christmas Day Power Outage in Muskingum County/Update

***Update***A-E-P says as of 4:30 am Saturday morning there are still 132 customers in Muskingum County without service. ***Update***

It is an especially cold Christmas day for some residents in Muskingum County. American Electric Power says there are 3062 customers without service due to a transmission line problem. A spokeswoman from A-E-P says the East New Concord sub-station is where the issue is located. The restoration time for service is unknown at this time. A-E-P crews are working to restore power.
