Clark Bond Set for $100k

Bond has been set for a Morgan County Jail escapee.

Morgan County Prosecutor Mark Howdyshell says 19-year old Christopher Lee Clark’s bond was set at $100,000 on Monday.

Deputies say he is facing charges stemming from an escape on Oct.15 when his cell door malfunctioned and he ran out a side door.

Clark was apprehended after an arrest sweep in Athens County last Wednesday.

Clark’s preliminary hearing is set for next Monday.

He is currently in the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
