Colony Square Mall Home Show

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – This weekend the Colony Square Mall is hosting their annual Home Show, which provides homeowners the perfect opportunity to discuss their home improvement needs with many of the area’s leading home and property renovation experts.

Alex and Katie Gordon Owners of AG Home Services, have a table set up inside the mall that presents their home repair business to the public. Katie explained the significance in which their Home Show presence has on their business throughout the rest of the year.   

“Yeah, so we did this event last year and we’ve been in business for a couple of years now, so we’re really excited just to be local with the community and get to meet different individuals and hear about their home projects. And it ended up getting us quite a bit of business. So when we knew it was coming back this year, we knew we had to be a part of it again,” Gordon said.

The Home Show has vendors that offer a wide range of home repair and renovation services, both indoors and out. Home Improvement Contractor Rich Archer also shared how the Home Show affects his business throughout the year.

“Well, it does pretty good because people are aware that we exist,” Archer said. “And they see our phone number out here with our ad and stuff. And a lot of people will stop and talk with me and actually schedule a free assessments for projects they’re thinking about this year. And so we end up drumming up a lot of business that way. And it’s always been beneficial for us to do it.”
