Biden said the middle class will pay the most for Romney’s tax cut. He said Obama will end the war in Afghanistan.

According to Joe Biden, Romney-Ryan plan would attack Medicare. He said Obama is fighting for jobs in Ohio and across America.

Biden is speaking now.
12:20 p.m. Update:
A teacher at Zanesville Middle School is expected to introduce Biden.
12:15 p.m. Update:
Former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland has taken the stage.
12 p.m. Update:
Joe Biden has arrived. He is being escorted into the building and will address the crowd soon.
11:45 a.m. Update:
The vice president is about 15 minutes away. The crowd is chanting "four more years!"

The event is underway. Pastor Kilpatrick gave the invocation. Liesta Walker from the PURE Center is singing the national anthem.

Biden is on his way to Zanesville.

WHIZ News has been informed that the motorcade is still in Columbus. Biden will likely speak after 11:30 a.m.

More people have arrived to see the vice president. Hundreds of people are filling the room.

All ticket holders have made their way into the school.

Tents were set up to keep people dry. The crowd is slowly entering the building. Everyone must go through airport-like security.
9:15 a.m. Update:
Joe Biden is scheduled to speak at Zane Grey Elementary School this morning.
The doors open at 9:30 a.m. and the vice president is expected to take the podium around 11 a.m.
