COZ Precautionary Boil Advisory

Zanesville,OH- The City of Zanesville has planned maintenance and a precautionary boil advisory for next week.

The City of Zanesville Water Division will preform a controlled shut down and multi-valve replacement project in the areas of Mapleview Drive, Fairway Lane, Meadowood Drive and Pfeifer Drive.

The project will cause a temporary disruption of water service to these areas. Local roadway traffic will be maintained. The work will begin at 11pm Thursday July 25 and end at 7am July 26.

Once service is restored their will be a precautionary boil advisory for customers in the affected area. Residents are asked to vigorously boil water for at least a minute for any water used for drinking or to make ice, cooking or oral hygiene.

An additional notice will be given when the boil advisory is lifted.

The notice affects around 400 customers in the areas of:

Fairway Lane from Beverly Ave to Brandywine Blvd

Pfeifer Drive

Military Road from 1061-1373

Meadowwood Drive Apts.

Maple Terrace Apts.

Kroger

Morris Dr.
