Daniel Found Guilty On All Counts – Faces Life in Prison
The man charged in a fatal shooting at Burger King in South Zanesville last October has been found guilty on all counts. 34-year-old Timothy Daniel was charged with aggravated murder with a gun specification, felonious assault, carrying a concealed weapon and improper handling of a firearm in the death of 61-year-old Charles Hooper. Daniel faces life in prison which Prosecutor Mike Haddox says he is going to recommend.
